Business Insight was created as a result of requests from business owners who are Insight graduates and wanted to utilize the advanced educational technology and heartfelt focus of Insight to transform their companies – better engaging their employees, improving both performance and bottom line results.
For that reason Insight expanded its original mission, to transform individuals so that the greater transformation of the planet will take place, to include enhancing the experience and improving performance of the human component of business so that the business itself will transform.

Insight Seminars is an international non-profit educational organization headquartered in Santa Monica, California, USA. Founded in 1978, Insight operates throughout the world including South America, North America, Australia, Europe, Russia, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
