John Marín G.

John Marín has served both as a Consultant and Facilitator of organizational and human development for over thirteen years in more than ten countries in Latin America as well as in the United States.
Mr. Marín is Partner and General Manager of NEO Consultoria, Senior Facilitator for Insight Seminars and President of the Gift of the Heart Foundation. He has contributed to the development of more than 10,000 people through his approach of "leadership from the inside out."
John specializes in designing and leading processes destined to improve organizational competitiveness with a main focus on the development of the human capital, and has led and participated in projects for multinational companies including Coca-Cola in Colombia, Unilever Andean Region, Aventis Pharma in Colombia and Central America, Syngenta in Colombia and Central America, Roche Laboratories, Dymler Chrysler - Mercedes Benz Colombia, General Motors Colombia, Aga Fano, and Telefónica -Telecom. He has also had the opportunity to support the development of large Colombian governmental institutions such as Department of Culture, Department of Planning of Colombia, DIAN - Department of Tax and Customs Administration, Institute of Recreation and Sports of Bogota, Secretary of Education of Bogota, and the Symphonic Orchestra of Colombia, amongst many others.
John currently lives in Bogotá, Colombia, with his wife, Virginia, and his three sons, Cristobal, Juan Andrés and Federico.
