Leslie Harradine

Leslie Harradine has conducted seminars in the areas of human relations, productivity and presentations for over twenty years to thousands of people in the United States, Europe, Australia, Russia and South America.

Ms. Harradine is a Partner and Managing Director for Exhact, a Consulting and Training company based in Baden-Baden, Germany. Exhact specializes in communication, change management and presentation skills for managers.

Prior to founding Exhact, Ms.Harradine conducted trainings for The David Allen Company and continues to participate as an Associate presenting the Getting Things Done seminar and executive coaching. Before she was an Associate she was the Director of Training and delivered the company’s full line of productivity training and coaching.

In addition, Ms.Harradine is a senior facilitator for Insight Seminars, an organization with which she has been involved for nearly thirty years. She conducts entry level and advanced seminars worldwide. In 2005 she designed the most advanced seminar, which is a 28 day training focusing on presentation skills, communication skills and goal setting.

In 1976, Ms.Harradine began teaching at a rural center for disadvantaged children in the southern U.S. She also has specialized in work with “at-risk” teenagers in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers.

Ms. Harradine studied Early Childhood Education at Boston University and completed a Masters program in Applied Psychology through the University of Santa Monica.
